The 11th RePatriot Summit will take place from October 1 to 4 in Bucharest, Mamaia, and across Dobrogea, bringing together Romanian entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals from the country and diaspora. The event is being held under the patronage of Romania’s president.
The summit will open at Cotroceni Palace on October 1 with the ninth Top 100 Romanians Worldwide Gala, recognizing members of Romanian communities abroad, and the Romania Performance Excellence Program Gala.
“Over the past eleven years, RePatriot has brought together Romanians who are building businesses and projects at home and around the world,” said Marius Bostan, an entrepreneur and the initiative’s founder. “These meetings have generated partnerships, investments, community projects, and people who have moved closer to Romania.”
Discussions will move to Mamaia on October 2 and focus on Romania’s role in European security and developments in the Black Sea region. Topics include defence, energy, infrastructure, trade, technology, education, investment, and cooperation between entrepreneurs in Romania and those living abroad.
On October 3, participants will work in teams through the RePatriot Laboratories on projects and challenges related to the Black Sea. The programme also includes activities between Limanu and Mangalia and a classical music concert at the Constanța Casino.
The final day will feature a route through Dobrogea, including Tropaeum Traiani at Adamclisi, St. Andrew’s Cave, Dervent Monastery, and the Danube.
RePatriot is a global community that aims to reconnect Romanian professionals abroad with the country through business, education, civic leadership, and community-development projects. It was launched by Romanian Business Leaders, an organization comprising more than 700 entrepreneurs and business executives.
