Hotspot, a premium office space operator in Bucharest, announced the launch of Hotspot Exclusive, the third location in the company’s portfolio, which will open in One Tower, the Class A office building within One Floreasca City, the mixed-use development by One United Properties.
Developed across more than 1,400 square meters, the project marks a new stage in Hotspot’s growth strategy and the expansion of its portfolio into the premium corporate segment. Hotspot Exclusive will integrate services, technology, and flexibility within a working environment designed around the current standards and requirements of companies.
Hotspot Exclusive will integrate private offices, meeting rooms, a business lounge, reception services, and areas dedicated to complementary functions, including a kitchen, gaming, and relaxation areas.
The design, quality of the fit-out and level of services have been conceived to meet both companies’ operational requirements and the standards of representation associated with a premium corporate headquarters. The space will therefore provide a working environment aligned with each organisation’s identity and culture, as well as with the experience it aims to offer its employees.

The opening of Hotspot Exclusive comes at a time of sustained growth for the company. Hotspot currently operates Hotspot Workhub in The Mark building, in the Piața Victoriei area, and Hotspot Skyhub in Orhideea Towers. The two locations have an occupancy rate of more than 95%, while tenant retention stands at approximately 99%.
In this context, One Floreasca City provides the perfect setting for the Hotspot Exclusive development, bringing together—in a mixed-use development—the One Tower office component with a residential component and an extensive range of services, retail spaces, and amenities dedicated to the business community.
One Tower is among the few office buildings in Bucharest with LEED v4 Platinum and WELL Health & Safety certifications and benefits from a strategic location in the Floreasca area, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, shops, and green spaces.
Additionally, One Floreasca City includes One Gallery—known as the former Ford factory—a historic building fully restored by One United Properties and transformed into a modern commercial and office hub, featuring office spaces, retail stores, a sports and wellness center, as well as the country’s largest food hall.
Hotspot Exclusive is expected to become operational by the end of 2026, and the interior design concept, created by Lemon Interior Design, will reflect the new location’s premium positioning in a space designed to meet the standards and needs of the corporate environment.
