Vastint Romania, part of the international real estate VASTINT Group, announced the renewal of the leasing contract with Evoke Romania for a space of 2,500 sqm in building C of Business Garden Bucharest, in a transaction facilitated by Colliers.
Business Garden Bucharest stands at 90% occupancy. In the past 12 months, the project has leased 9,500 sqm of space and now hosts a community of 35 companies.
The location’s renewed tenant, Evoke, is one of the world’s most popular online gaming entertainment and solution providers and offers its customers an innovative and world-class experience in online games. The company has been a global leader in the online gaming industry for over 20 years, listed on the London Stock Exchange since 2005, with core markets of the UK, Italy, Spain, Romania, and Denmark.

Business Garden Bucharest is the project with the highest LEED score in Romania – Building A has received 98 points, the highest score in CEE, second in Europe and third worldwide.
