SMS, a German reference group in steel equipment, announced that it will deliver, to O\u021belu Ro\u0219u, for the first time in Europe, the newest long product rolling mill in its portfolio, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.economica.net\/video-umbrarescu-salveaza-combinatul-istoric-otelu-rosu-cu-o-investitie-unica-aduce-aici-cel-mai-nou-laminor-din-europa-este-primul-de-pe-tot-continentul-este-produs-de-un-gigant-german-cu-150-de_910494.html?mc_cid=a149cfe3dd&amp;mc_eid=cd1f92f96c\" target=\"_blank\">Economica.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;UMB Steel, a steel producer based in Bucharest, has contracted SMS group to deliver Europe&#8217;s first Continuous Mill Technology (CMT 700) at its site in O\u021belu Ro\u0219u, Romania. The new long product mill will be integrated into the existing steel complex and will operate in a continuous process, guaranteeing low carbon and high production efficiency.
