Romania is thus above the European average (47%).<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, as quoted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bursa.ro\/studiu-kearney-jumatate-dintre-romani-nu-cred-ca-vor-avea-o-pensie-decenta-24622756?mc_cid=b9be95fbb8&amp;mc_eid=cd1f92f96c\" target=\"_blank\">Bursa.ro<\/a>, 48% of Romanians expect to continue working after the legal retirement age, given the significant difference between average salaries and pensions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are witnessing a crisis of confidence in retirement planning. Almost half of consumers doubt they will be able to maintain their lifestyle after retirement, and a third simply don\u2019t know what to expect.
