{"id":6718,"date":"2025-09-11T08:00:23","date_gmt":"2025-09-11T08:00:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ofero.news\/?p=6718"},"modified":"2025-09-11T08:00:23","modified_gmt":"2025-09-11T08:00:23","slug":"average-rent-for-a-one-bedroom-apartment-up-10-y-y-to-eur-494-in-bucharest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ofero.news\/?p=6718","title":{"rendered":"Average rent for a one-bedroom apartment up 10% y\/y to EUR 494 in Bucharest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In September 2025, the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment in Bucharest reached EUR 494, up 10.7% y\/y, according to data compiled by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zf.ro\/eveniment\/zf-chirii-2025-chiria-medie-doua-camere-bucuresti-urcat-aproape-500-22900061?mc_cid=8dd5400e40&amp;mc_eid=cd1f92f96c\" target=\"_blank\">Ziarul Financiar<\/a> in partnership with the real estate consultancy firm SVN.<\/p>\n<p>The highest rents are in Unirii-Victoriei area, with an average of EUR 581, while the lowest are in Cr\u00e2ngasi neighbourhood (EUR 440).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Compared to the average net salary in Bucharest, the average rent represents only 34%, significantly less than in the pandemic years.<\/p>\n<p>The trend confirms the market&#8217;s recovery after the pandemic years, but the pace remains more moderate compared to the evolution of salaries.
