{"id":63,"date":"2024-05-14T06:16:20","date_gmt":"2024-05-14T06:16:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ofero.news\/?p=63"},"modified":"2024-05-14T06:16:20","modified_gmt":"2024-05-14T06:16:20","slug":"italys-fri-el-develops-300mw-wind-farms-in-northeast-romania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ofero.news\/?p=63","title":{"rendered":"Italy\u2019s Fri-El develops 300MW wind farms in northeast Romania"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mitoc Partners, indirectly owned by Italian investors (75%) and Romanian lawyer Edward Dobre (25%), is developing a\u00a0major wind generation project in Botosani county, northeastern Romania, composed of three wind farms with an installed capacity of 305MW, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.profit.ro\/povesti-cu-profit\/energie\/foto-inca-un-proiect-eolian-in-moldova-pentru-unii-dintre-cei-mai-mari-fermieri-din-romania-furnizori-barilla-si-nestle-peste-300-mw-si-jumatate-de-miliard-de-euro-21583043?mc_cid=c0ea6edab6&amp;mc_eid=cd1f92f96c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Profit.ro<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>The project, which reached the stage of getting the environmental permit, is estimated to cost EUR 531 million.<\/p>\n<p>The wind farm will occupy\u00a0a land area of \u200b\u200balmost 84 hectares in the communes of Ad\u0103\u0219eni, Avr\u0103meni, Manoleasa, and Mitoc in Boto\u0219ani.<\/p>\n<p>The Italian investors are Fri-El Hidro Power (38.25%) and Alerion Clean Power (36.75%).<\/p>\n<p>The Fri-El Group, which\u00a0also includes Alerion, was founded and is owned by the brothers Thomas, Josef, and Ernst Gostner.
