{"id":6128,"date":"2025-07-31T08:02:55","date_gmt":"2025-07-31T08:02:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ofero.news\/?p=6128"},"modified":"2025-07-31T08:02:55","modified_gmt":"2025-07-31T08:02:55","slug":"romanian-justice-minister-backs-magistrates-pensions-reform","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ofero.news\/?p=6128","title":{"rendered":"Romanian Justice Minister backs magistrates&#8217; pensions reform \u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Justice Minister Radu Marinescu (Social Democratic Party) stated, in an intervention on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.digi24.ro\/video\/ministerul-justitiei-sustine-reforma-pensiilor-speciale-radu-marinescu-mesaj-catre-magistrati-vom-avea-un-dialog-3349559?mc_cid=a9147a7199&amp;mc_eid=607bd7d763\" target=\"_blank\">Digi24<\/a>, that the ministry he heads supports the special pension reform, proposed by Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, but &#8220;the set of proposals communicated by the prime minister will be discussed with the judiciary, respecting the principles of the rule of law.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He refused to comment on the reaction of the Council of Magistracy.
