{"id":5488,"date":"2025-06-17T08:03:23","date_gmt":"2025-06-17T08:03:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ofero.news\/?p=5488"},"modified":"2025-06-17T08:03:23","modified_gmt":"2025-06-17T08:03:23","slug":"romanian-optical-retailer-lensa-attracts-new-strategic-and-financial-investors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ofero.news\/?p=5488","title":{"rendered":"Romanian optical retailer Lensa attracts new strategic and financial investors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Romanian eyewear retailer Lensa has announced new shareholders, including international group OH Holding Limited and ATM Ventures, part of the Autonom group, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zf.ro\/companii\/retailerul-de-optica-lensa-a-atras-in-actionariat-alaturi-de-22832896?mc_cid=99289e4388&amp;mc_eid=607bd7d763\" target=\"_blank\">Ziarul Financiar<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.profit.ro\/povesti-cu-profit\/exclusiv-lensa-ro-atrage-un-actionar-strain-22068242?mc_cid=99289e4388&amp;mc_eid=607bd7d763\" target=\"_blank\">Profit.ro<\/a> announced.<\/p>\n<p>OH Holding Limited is represented by Oleg Kalashnikov, a Ukrainian entrepreneur with extensive international experience in the optical and healthcare sectors. He is the founder of Luxoptica, one of the largest medical optics retailers in Eastern Europe, and owns the Dobrobut chain of hospitals and clinics.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe will support the management team in its efforts to provide high-quality ophthalmological care, both in Romania and in the countries in the region,\u201d said Kalashnikov, highlighting the group\u2019s intention to scale Lensa\u2019s operations beyond Romania.<\/p>\n<p>ATM Ventures, the investment arm of Autonom co-founders Marius and Dan \u015etefan, joins the shareholder structure as a financial partner.<\/p>\n<p>The fund has a portfolio of growth-stage investments in over 30 Romanian companies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe invested in Lensa, an extraordinary Romanian brand with a highly motivated team, along with which we attracted a high-caliber strategic investor who will help it move to the next level,\u201d Dan \u015etefan, managing partner at ATM Ventures, said.<\/p>\n<p>Founded 12 years ago, Lensa has grown into a dominant player in Romania\u2019s optical retail market.
