The study was conducted by AHA Moments for Destina\u021bii Vizionare and presented by the City Hall of Bra\u0219ov.<\/p>\n<p>Oradea is the fourth city on the list, followed by Timi\u0219oara, Constan\u021ba, and Bucharest.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bra\u0219ov remains the top destination for those who want to relocate because it offers the best ratio between living conditions, education, jobs, and leisure.
