Where the space allows it, benches will also be added and trees planted, the Timi\u015foara City Hall <a href=\"https:\/\/www.primariatm.ro\/2025\/01\/29\/memoria-revolutiei-spatiu-public\" target=\"_blank\">said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Each monument will feature a text evoking a specific moment that happened in that place during the 1989 Revolution. The text will also be available in Braille to facilitate access for the visually impaired.<\/p>\n<p>An augmented reality (AR) application allowing for an interactive experience of the route is to be developed as part of the project.<\/p>\n<p>The places included in the route are: Maria Area \u2013 Sf\u00e2nta Maria Square \/ Gheorghe Doja Street \/ Timotei Cipariu; Traian-Maria Bridge \u2013 Tudor Vladimirescu Road; Opera Area \u2013 Iancu Huniade Square \/ Victoriei Square (<em>pictured<\/em>); Libert\u0103\u021bii Square Area; Sf. Gheorghe Square Area; 1989 Revolution Blvd.; B\u0103ile Neptun Area \u2013 Splaiul Nistrului; Heroes Cemetery Area \u2013 Sever Bocu Boulevard; and Martyrs Area \u2013 Mare\u0219al Constantin Prezan Street.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The 1989 Revolution must be more than a memory. It is part of the city&#8217;s identity. Recently, a Hollywood actor said that he brought his child to Timi\u0219oara to show him the place where a dictator fell.
