Their electricity production company, Grunman Energy, is set to develop the Pantelimon Depozit Photovoltaic Power Plant, a 5 MW facility in Ciocani, Vaslui county, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.profit.ro\/povesti-cu-profit\/energie\/fratii-paval-proprietarii-dedeman-pregatesc-o-noua-investitie-in-energia-verde-dupa-prima-lor-tranzactie-21913644?mc_cid=6f7139a769&amp;mc_eid=cd1f92f96c\" target=\"_blank\">Profit.ro<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>Grunman Energy acquired the project&#8217;s original developer, Zen Agriculture, from sole partner Adrian Bahrim in mid-2023.<\/p>\n<p>The photovoltaic plant will be built on over eight hectares of land.<\/p>\n<p>Grunman Energy was established in mid-2022 under the Pav\u0103l Holding umbrella, initially to operate solar panels installed on Dedeman&#8217;s logistics centres.
