Public administration used 4.7% y\/y less electricity for lighting (0.36 TWh).<\/p>\n<p>In contrast, the gross electricity production in the eleven-month period decreased by 8.3% y\/y to 48.0 TWh. More than half of the electricity was produced in thermal and nuclear plants: 25.7 TWh, some 2%-3% less y\/y for each of the two sectors.
