The institution recently issued an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=romania+inssider+constitutional+court&amp;rlz=1C1GCEA_enRO1068RO1068&amp;oq=romania+inssider+constitutional+court&amp;gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyCwgAEEUYChg5GKABMgkIARAhGAoYoAEyCQgCECEYChigATIJCAMQIRgKGKABMgkIBBAhGAoYoAEyBggFECEYFdIBCDYzOTFqMGo3qAIAsAIA&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\">unprecedented decision<\/a> to recount all votes cast in the first round of the presidential elections, seen as a move to ensure Social Democratic prime minister Marcel Ciolacu a spot in the runoff election. Science = freedom, truth,\u201d was written on another young protester&#8217;s banner.
