A large-scale project needs serious, stable, reliable partners who have proven that they know and can implement large projects,&#8221; the minister wrote on his Facebook page, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.economica.net\/planul-b-pentru-proiectul-de-un-miliard-de-euro-al-hidrocentralei-cu-pompaj-tarnita-lapustesti-o-asociere-cu-gigantii-edf-si-itochu-interesati-de-proiectarea-si-constructia-central_778734.html?mc_cid=663e541d6b&amp;mc_eid=cd1f92f96c\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Economica.net<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>The Tarni\u0163a-L\u0103pu\u015fte\u015fti project is located 30 kilometers from Cluj-Napoca, on the Some\u015f River.
