Tale Travel reported turnover of RON 184 million (EUR 37 million) in 2025, up 22% y\/y, with an average of 12 employees. Its net profit rose by 3.9% y\/y to RON 3.4 million.<\/p>\n
The acquisition brings together Tale Travel\u2019s customer base and commercial team with WebBeds\u2019 inventory of more than 500,000 hotels worldwide, including over 95,000 directly contracted properties. Tale Travel\u2019s customers will gain access to WebBeds\u2019 global accommodation content, while WebBeds will strengthen its presence in a region where locally led distribution matters.<\/p>\n
