Constan\u0163a MRCC requested the intervention of ARSVOM and the mobilization of rescue vessels,\u201d ANR representatives said.<\/p>\n<p>Several intervention units have been mobilized in response, including the \u201cSAR APOLLO\u201d vessel (which departed from Sulina) and \u201cSAR ARTEMIS\u201d (which departed from Berth 72).
