It was not only the supplier with the lowest price in the market, it was also the supplier that was practically followed by all other suppliers,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to Chis\u0103li\u021b\u0103, Hidroelectrica\u2019s position as a market leader means that the trend set by the company is likely to be followed by most other suppliers.<\/p>\n<p>The expert recalled that the Smart Energy Association had anticipated electricity price increases this autumn as early as last month, based on three scenarios: increases of 3%-5%, 10%-15% or around 20%. The 10%-15% scenario is currently considered the most plausible.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat is now becoming a certainty for me will probably cause many suppliers who have incurred costs as a result of what has happened recently to submit offers to customers with higher prices than those they currently have.
